Traveling to Papua New Guinea is no small job with 6 different airports, seven people, 27 pieces of luggage, and a little over 2 days of travel time. Our trip went very smoothly, which is due to God listening to the many who were praying for us. Thank you so much for lifting us up in prayer. Daniel slept through a lot of our flights and that was a huge blessing. We made all of our connections and all of our luggage arrived.
We were sent off from Boise by many of our dear friends, who took the time out of their day to say goodbye. It meant so much to us and was very encouraging. We love you guys!
From Boise we flew to Salt Lake City, then to LA, and from LA we got on our 14 1/2 hour flight to Brisbane, Australia. We arrived in Brisbane around 6:30 a.m their time and then made our way to our flight to Port Morseby ,PNG. We were so blessed to find all of luggage at the Port Morsebsy airport and that it was a very easy time at customs. Everyone was very friendly and wanted to welcome us and especially high-five Daniel.
And finally we got on our flight to Goroka, our new home town.
